Each class is 30 minutes long
You will now pay for the first month of your subscription and your billing cycle will start once the checkout process is complete. Subsequent charges are billed monthly from whatever day you start your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing our administration.
Once we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then contact you within 2 workings days to schedule your child’s classes for when it suits you.
As per our Terms of Service, users can reschedule classes up to 30 minutes before the start time of the class for whatever reason. Please remember that the later you leave it for rescheduling a class, the less chance there is of your teacher having an open time slot that’s convenient for you. Our teachers have busy schedules and cannot guarantee that the days and times you need a class for will be available when you reschedule.
If a user needs to cancel a class or a set number of classes and doesn’t reschedule, they must do so at least 24-hours before the start time of the class by emailing our administration. Failure to give 24-hours notice to cancel a class will not entitle the user to a monetary refund, nor the addition of an extra class for the one that was missed. Where we have received at least 24-hours notice to cancel a class, the user can request the class to be added back to the ‘My classes’ area. They must do so by emailing our administration at the time of making a cancellation and state what day and time they would like the class to be added for.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that in order for certificates to be issued for completed courses, or after 1 month of regular weekly classes with us, the student’s attendance must be satisfactory (no less than 90% on average over a set period).
